Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master's with 8+ years; or PhD with 5+ years; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs; develop project plans; align teams; manage risk; drive releases.
• Own project success and cross-functional team delivery; ensure schedules and metrics meet business requirements on time and budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements amid changing tech landscape.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects from inception to impactful results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis; report results to inform schedules and deliverables.
• Coach and train teams in process methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Influence stakeholders to improve processes and align objectives.
• Deliver change management for sustainable, long-term success.
