Compass is hiring for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in our Consumer Engineering org. You will drive cross-functional programs across product, design, and operations and align stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large, fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries.
• Proven track record leading initiatives across multiple teams and managers.
• Experience with large-scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with containerization, microservices, CI/CD, and modern software practices.
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures, security platforms and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale initiatives to build new products or platforms.
• Coordinate detailed functional plans and cross-functional priorities.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership with data-driven narratives.
• Drive strategic planning and execution across product development and infra teams.
• Manage multiple technical programs spanning organizations and locations.
• Contribute to agile practice and quarterly/yearly planning.
• Drive cost excellence and process improvements across the org.
• Provide leadership for security initiatives related to the platform.
