Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale software development projects.
• 3+ years directly managing software projects with multiple sub-teams.
• Experience with J2EE and distributed architectures.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis or consulting.
• Experience with high-availability back-end OLTP systems and APIs.
