Job summary

@Gov, the government-services affiliate of Paradigm, Inc., seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for state and local government clients in a Virginia Beach hybrid environment.

You will own the full project lifecycle, coordinate software engineering, IT, operations, government partners, and executives to ensure on-time delivery within budgets while upholding security and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive technical project/program management.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects on schedule and within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead full lifecycle from initiation to post-launch support.
• Balance delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and vendor commitments.
