Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years on large-scale software development projects.
• 3+ years directly managing software projects of substantial scale.
• Basic understanding of J2EE and distributed architectures.
• Experience developing executive dashboards or portfolio reporting.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with OLTP systems and API interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Directs large-scale, complex projects with multiple matrix partners.
• Defines scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Implements initiatives across platforms and communicates expectations clearly.
• Manages high-priority projects while handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, dependencies and issues.
• Develops and monitors budget vs. actual expenses.
• Creates plans/roadmaps with tasks, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Champions continuous improvement of PM practices.
• Manages changes to schedule, budget and scope through change control.
• Facilitates resolution of technical issues and communicates to diverse audiences.
