  • Manage project changes to schedule, budget, and scope through change control process
  • Facilitate resolution of technical issues including interpreting technical information and present/speak the information to different audiences (business owner, etc.), conveying the message in a way the audience can understand
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience on large-scale software development projects, preferably in a commercial software development environment
  • 3+years of experience directly managing software projects of significant scale and complexity including multiple sub-teams, financial project management, and cross-divisional staff involvement
  • Basic understanding of J2EE technologies and distributed architectures
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience coordinating leadership-level reviews and decisions
