The role requires hands‑on experience with complex domains such as AI/ML systems, observability, and data platforms, plus strong communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with technically complex domains such as observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
• Proven ability to drive large, ambiguous cross‑functional programs to completion with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at VP+ levels.
• Ability to build trust with senior engineering and product leadership through judgment, not titles.
• Active AI practitioner using AI tools to augment work and leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own large cross‑functional programs spanning multiple engineering orgs, product, and business functions.
• Proactively surface systemic risks, cross‑pod dependencies, and organizational friction before they escalate.
• Build SVP‑level visibility through KPIs on top company initiatives.
• Bridge gaps between functions using technical credibility and product domain expertise.
