Job summary

AKASA is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-driven healthcare products. You will partner with product, engineering, and customer success to translate requirements into tangible solutions.

You’ll define initiative plans, establish timelines, and ensure successful deployment in customers’ systems. The role requires strong communication, agile execution, and a track record in startups or rapidly growing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-driven products and supporting complex stakeholder needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for engineers and product teams.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional groups to deliver features on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SDLC end-to-end with timelines, milestones, and testing readiness.
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-technical audiences and leadership.
• Drive data-informed decision making and problem solving across projects.
• Define and execute comprehensive UAT plans with sign-off from stakeholders.
• Own the scrum process and track progress against plans.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to set monthly/quarterly objectives.
