Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Hardware Infrastructure team to design and build services that automate operations across a large server fleet. You will drive reliability, scale, and performance while shaping the tech stack and architecture.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and advance cloud infrastructure initiatives with a focus on high‑quality code and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Python or Golang, or willingness to switch to these languages.
• Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
• Strong interest in DevOps processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop services that automate work with a large server fleet.
