As a senior leader, you will combine technical expertise, program management, financial oversight, and client leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale programs from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Position Summary:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of complex programs and pipelines of connected projects that support Advanced Manufacturing clients. You will provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, serving as a senior client interface and Principal-in-Charge while ensuring projects and programs achieve established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and financial objectives.
This position will work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, construction, and project management teams to coordinate resources, manage program-level risks, and deliver integrated solutions. The Technical Program Manager will also play a key role in client management and business development, including identifying new opportunities, leading proposals and RFP/RFQ responses, supporting contract negotiations, and expanding long‑term client relationships.
The successful candidate will bring extensive AEC consulting experience, Professional Engineer licensure, and demonstrated leadership in the design and construction of technically complex facilities in semiconductor, microelectronics, R&D engineering, advanced manufacturing, and/or data center environments.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of complex programs and pipelines of interconnected projects supporting Advanced Manufacturing clients, establishing program objectives, priorities, delivery strategies, schedules, and resource requirements.
Serve as Principal-in-Charge and senior client interface for multiple large‑scale projects, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment between client objectives, contractual requirements, technical execution, and business goals.
Oversee program and project execution to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments are achieved while proactively identifying and resolving program‑level risks, constraints, and delivery challenges.
Lead client management and business development activities, including identifying and developing project opportunities, strengthening strategic client relationships, supporting account growth, and positioning the organization for repeat and expanded work.
Lead and coordinate proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scopes of work, fee development, and contract negotiations in partnership with technical, operational, and business development leadership.
