Job summary

MediaTek is seeking an experienced project manager based in San Jose, CA, to oversee the lifecycle of IC projects. This role requires expertise in technical program management, with over 8 years of experience in related fields. Job Description

Project management: Managing the entire lifecycle of IC projects from product planning, RFI/RFQ engagement to mass production/RMA, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Technical coordination: Collaborating across analog, digital, physical design and system application teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution.

Risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks that could impact project success.

Cross-functional leadership: Facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams internally and externally to drive project success.

A strong technical background in IC design and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management or engineering roles within the IC design or related industries.
• Knowledge of digital/analog IC design flow, standard/advanced packaging. Familiarity with IC design flow and development procedures is essential.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate between cross-functional teams and external customers.

Salary range: $201,000 – $286,600 annually.

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short‑and‑long‑term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
