Job summary

MediaTek Research Lab Inc. is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage project health and lead technical discussions. You'll identify customer requirements, negotiate among stakeholders, and drive opportunities for new designs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and bridge internal experts for technical deep-dives, development planning and global resource arrangement.
• Lead technical discussion and negotiation towards consensus among multi-parties.
• Manage project health and identify potential risk along with mitigation plan.
• Main communicator to internal and external stakeholders including engineering, business groups, and leadership.
• Customer-facing role and work closely with business group to create new opportunities for design‑in and design‑win.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering development or program management including large‑scale SOC platform activities.
• Fast learner with broad knowledge on embedded system (Android, Linux/Yocto, RTOS).
• Demonstrate function domain development experience (multimedia, display, camera, AI, performance) and leadership skills to drive progress.
• Experience in global resource coordination is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: $140,000–$250,000 annually.
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
