As a Partner Product Manager, you will serve as a pivotal link between our strategic partners and internal teams. Your primary focus will be managing the overall business relationship and joint product development—spanning from inception to launch—with one of our critical partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, product, business, legal, and finance teams across both MediaTek and our partners, fostering successful collaboration and ensuring the critical needs of our partners are met.

This role offers an opportunity to wear multiple hats, gaining experience in product management, product marketing, partner management, business management, and program management. We seek versatile candidates who are comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities. We welcome applicants with traditional product and program management backgrounds, as well as those who have experience as a chief of staff, in sales, or in field applications engineering roles.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in the hardware or semiconductor industry
• 5+ years of experience in product or business roles (experience in external-facing roles preferred)
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies in the semiconductor industry
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience working with international teams is a plus
• Salary range: $143,000- $244,000
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
