Job summary

StealthMode is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex IoT platform initiatives. You will coordinate across Firmware, Mobile, Cloud, and QA teams, aligning with product management to define scope and milestones.

You will develop plans, manage risks, and drive timely execution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably in the IoT domain.
• Strong background in software development or engineering, with IoT technologies, platforms, architectures.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence跨-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication, fostering strong relationships with engineering, product management, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, employing proactive strategies to address potential obstacles and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate effective decision-making and conflict resolution, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and component suppliers to ensure technical requirements and quality standards are met.
