Job summary

StealthMode is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex IoT platform initiatives. You will coordinate across Firmware, Mobile, Cloud, and QA teams, aligning with product management to define scope and milestones.

You will develop plans, manage risks, and drive timely execution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, preferably in the IoT domain.
• Strong background in software development or engineering, with IoT technologies, platforms, architectures.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence跨-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across engineering teams (Firmware, Mobile, Cloud, QA) for hardware/software integration.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with product management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with ODMs and suppliers to meet tech requirements and quality standards.
