Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large government program from Chantilly, VA. You will provide strategic direction, governance, and performance oversight across multi‑organization teams, with accountability to government stakeholders.

You will oversee risk, cost, schedule, and technical governance, driving DevSecOps, cloud, and AI/ML initiatives while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of program management experience on large government programs.
• Experience with IC or DoD programs and multi‑partner environments.
• Hands‑on but not required technical expertise in DevSecOps, cloud, AI/ML.
• Proven track record managing CPAF contracts and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, governance, and performance oversight for a large government program.
• Maintain primary government accountability and ensure satisfaction, compliance and outcomes.
• Oversee strategy, risk management, and financial performance including EVM.
• Lead executive briefings and stakeholder communications with senior government leaders.
