Job summary

Lambda is seeking an IT Technical Program Manager to build and run the Business Technology portfolio, delivering cross-functional programs across ERP, procurement, HRIS, and data platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Finance, GTM, Data Platform, IT Operations, and People teams, and drive governance and change management in a fast-paced, pre-IPO environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management.
• 4+ years leading enterprise app programs (ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, EPM, or data platform).
• Experience operating in a SOX/audit-facing environment.
• Strong governance, RAID logs, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for major system implementations, coordinating internal teams, partners, and vendors from contract through cutover and stabilization.
• Run the Business Technology roadmap: maintain portfolio plan, intake, prioritization, and surface dependencies.
• Establish lightweight portfolio governance with stage gates and real-time visibility for executives.
• Lead SOX ITGC readiness workstreams with evidence requests and audit coordination.
• Design and operate weekly status, steering committees and executive readouts to resolve blockers quickly.
• Drive change management, release calendars, and ITGC-aligned program plans with compliance partners.
• Oversee cutover and go-live planning, including UAT tracking and hypercare criteria.
• Manage vendor and partner delivery, including SOW milestones and change orders.
• Communicate program status clearly to COO, CFO, and Audit Committee.
