Job summary

Lambda is hiring an IT Technical Program Manager to run cross-functional programs across ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, and data platforms. You will build the portfolio operating model from the ground up, align internal teams with partners, and drive cadence, governance, and change management to deliver on strategic initiatives.

You will lead critical programs end-to-end, including cutover, hypercare, and stabilization, while maintaining executive visibility and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management for enterprise applications or business systems.
• Carried at least two large end-to-end implementations (ERP/CRM/HCM, etc.).
• Experience with SOX/audit-facing environments and external auditors is a strong plus.
• Ability to establish a tight operating cadence with RAID logs and executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for major system implementations across ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, treasury, and identity.
• Run the Business Technology roadmap with intake, prioritization, and resource alignment.
• Stand up lightweight portfolio governance with stage gates and real-time health views for executives.
• Lead SOX ITGC readiness workstreams and coordinate evidence with auditors and advisors.
• Drive weekly status, steering committees, executive readouts, and rapid escalation to unblock blockers.
