Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering with 12+ years of server or related industry experience.
• MS in electrical engineering is acceptable with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and introduce products on schedule while meeting sales volume targets and financial objectives.
• Lead requirement definition, planning, development and continuity of supply.
• Interact with sales organizations to communicate strategies and capabilities.
• Manage the execution of engineering solutions, including PCB, mechanical, power, OS, BIOS, and software components.
• Publish metrics and KPIs and maintain program documentation.
