Qualifications

BS degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
12 years of relevant industry experience.
Understanding of electro-mechanical system design.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly.
Ability to manage development schedules.
Ability to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead collaborative teams to develop leading edge server and storage products.
Provide technical and program leadership to design teams to develop server and storage products.
Contribute to Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for server and storage products.
Provide technical support to RFQs and Business Development activities as required.
Limited hands-on testing and troubleshooting of server and storage products as required.
