Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a System Test Engineer to validate storage and server products in Colorado Springs, CO or San Jose, CA. You will write and run test scripts, assess conformance to requirements, and document results to support audits.

The role requires 8+ years in a related field, strong OS, scripting skills, and familiarity with BMC/BIOS/SES firmware testing, plus Jira/Git expertise for issue tracking and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience eight years minimum in a related role.
• Excellent working knowledge of OS (Linux, Windows, Unix).
• Experience testing and configuring GPUs for storage/server applications.
• Scripting and test automation in Python and Linux Bash.
• Experience with BMC, BIOS and SES firmware testing.
• Strong hardware/software integration skills.
• Good communication to interact with teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for validation of storage/server products.
• Create test scripts to exercise designs and establish pass/fail criteria.
• Document results with Jira for auditability and traceability.
• Replicate failing environments and reproduce issues for debugging.
• Collaborate with firmware/test engineers on interoperability issues.
