Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in software development with leadership experience.
• Strong coding skills with Java, Springboot, and Microservices; familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience with dependency management, change management, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with audit and compliance requirements in a tech context.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring skills, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on coding and drive development of complex features.
• Perform code reviews and implement best practices for high-quality, secure code.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of application releases with planning and execution.
• Provide technical support across the SDLC from development to production.
• Supervise team performance, training, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
• Advise and coach junior developers and analysts.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and teams.
