Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for enterprise integration platforms. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and adoption plans across API management, event streaming, entitlement services, and managed file transfer solutions.

You will partner with engineering, security, architecture, and cloud teams to deliver scalable, secure, and developer-friendly platform capabilities, driving modernization and governance that align with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical/STEM field.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated experience leading cross functional projects.
Experience with best practices for data science and data engineering.
PM/leadership and communication skills to present to management and non-technical audiences.
Experience with agile environment and ensuring product vision aligns with execution.
Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with statistical models and analytics tools.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for platform teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and product priorities for enterprise integration platforms.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with business stakeholders, architecture, engineering, cloud infra, information security, and operations teams.
Elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements, translating them into roadmaps, epics, features, and user stories for Agile teams.
Drive platform modernization to cloud-native, scalable, self-service architectures.
Partner with engineering to deliver developer-centric capabilities and reduce onboarding complexity.
Lead governance and best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with security and architecture to incorporate IAM, API security, encryption, and compliance requirements.
Establish platform success metrics, adoption KPIs, reliability targets, and customer satisfaction indicators.
Engage with business domains to understand integration requirements and prioritize investments based on value.
Champion self-service, automation, and reusable integration patterns to improve productivity.
Drive observability and incident management to improve reliability and risk mitigation.
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
