Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large IT programs, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure delivery outcomes.

You will manage vendor relationships, governance, and benefits realization while coaching other PMs and driving PMO improvements. The role requires 5–7 years of enterprise IT program experience, expertise in ERP/CRM transformations, and the ability to navigate matrixed teams across geographies with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading complex IT programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of large-scale initiatives (ERP/CRM transformations, cloud migrations, data platforms).
• Leadership of matrixed teams and third parties across geographies.
• Willingness to travel less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Guide requirements gathering, MVP definition, and incremental value delivery; ensure readiness for change.
• Oversee testing strategy, release governance, cutover orchestration, and production stabilization.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, regulatory, and audit controls; partner with compliance and internal audit.
• Own program portfolio strategy, scope, roadmap, and value realization aligned to business OKRs.
• Establish governance, steering committees, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery spanning product, engineering, data, security, and operations.
• Drive financial management: business cases, multi-year budgets, benefits tracking, EAC/ETC, variance recovery.
• Direct contract and vendor management: RFPs, SOWs, SLAs, negotiation, performance management.
• Communicate crisply with executives: options analysis, trade-offs, risks, and decisions.
• Mentor PMs and uplift delivery practices; interface with portfolio management on investments.
