Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive the strategy and roadmap for enterprise integration platforms including API management, event streaming, entitlement services, and managed file transfer.

You will partner with engineering, security, architecture, and operations to deliver self-service developer experiences, secure and scalable solutions, and strong governance across Toyota’s platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, CS, Economics, Engineering or similar analytical field.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading cross functional projects and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise integration platforms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with business, architecture, and cloud teams.
• Elicit and prioritize requirements; translate into epics, features and user stories.
• Drive modernization to cloud-native, secure, scalable architectures.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for platform solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, reliability, and customer satisfaction; report to leadership.
