Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead large, complex IT programs across multiple locations in the United States.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive delivery outcomes, and align programs with strategic OKRs while coaching other PMs. You will manage governance, vendor relationships, and multi-year roadmaps, ensuring security, compliance, and measurable benefits while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading complex IT programs/projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven delivery of large-scale initiatives (ERP/CRM transformations, cloud migrations, data platforms, enterprise security).
• Experience leading matrixed teams and third parties across multiple business units and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large IT programs and multiple projects from intake through delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure delivery outcomes and governance.
• Coach other project managers and drive PMO improvements; manage vendor contracts and portfolio planning.
• Guide requirements gathering, MVP definition, and incremental value delivery; ensure readiness for change.
• Oversee testing strategy, release governance, cutover orchestration, and production stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and audit controls; partner with compliance teams.
