Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner to lead IT product teams, shape technology vision, and oversee delivery of critical business applications. You will drive backlog, plan releases, and align product work with roadmaps and business goals.

You will partner with Business Product Owner to refine backlogs, use Agile practices, manage SLAs, and mentor staff while steering strategic technology initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or computer engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of previous industry experience, preferable in a business services organization with similar characteristics as Cass.
• 1-3 years of experience as Product Manager/Lead or IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership to product teams, business and IT, to drive continual product innovation.
• Directs and oversees technology initiatives and ensures timely completion of all technology initiatives.
• Maintains product backlog with BPO, plans releases, and delivers new functionalities.
• Leads, organizes, and supervises product staff and ensures effective operation of the team.
• Uses Agile practices to oversee managed products and continuous improvement of all products.
