Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing tech solution leadership.
• Experience guiding agile delivery teams and defining epics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical contact for clients and ensure marketing technology solutions align with client goals.
• Lead agile requirement gathering with delivery lead, data solution architect, and data analysts to understand data models and reports.
• Define epics, features, and user stories that reflect client needs and roadmap alignment.
• Prioritize and maintain technology solution backlog based on business value and dependencies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive process improvements across teams.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and gaps to ensure delivery readiness and alignment.
