Job summary

Cass Information Systems, Inc. in Missouri seeks a Manager, Technical Product Owner to lead IT development teams, shaping technology vision and delivering on product roadmaps. You will drive backlog management, plan releases, and collaborate with business leaders to align product initiatives with growth objectives.

You will provide technical leadership, ensure timely completion of initiatives, and maintain adherence to SLAs while mentoring staff and guiding agile processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or computer engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of previous industry experience, preferably in a business services organization with Cass-like characteristics.
• 1-3 years of experience as Product Manager/Lead or IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to product teams to drive continual product innovation.
• Set vision and direction for IT development teams and stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Ensure timely completion of technology initiatives and continuous product improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to deliver product roadmaps and schedules.
• Align product development with vision, roadmap, and business growth opportunities.
• Develop the technology roadmap for managed products and support overall product goals.
