Qualifications

Experience shaping product backlogs and roadmaps.
Understanding of customer journeys and UX collaboration.
Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service or Microsoft Dynamics Field Service.

Responsibilities

Shape the squad vision and roadmap, delivering business impact.
Prioritize backlog and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Balance business value with technical feasibility and optimize delivery.
Be the voice of the customer within the squad.
Plan resourcing, interview and onboard squad members.
Own squad OKRs and support product messaging with stakeholders.
Ensure security, privacy and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-squad synchronization.
Interact with other squads for dependencies and reporting.
