Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with at least two years leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives for engineering teams.
• Articulate complex technical requirements for executive audiences and stakeholders.
• Own product features and functionality with accountability for success.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including roadmaps and metrics.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve client experience and product performance.
• Address scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency challenges proactively.
• Contribute to product architecture and technical solutions.
• Partner with delivery teams to align work with OKRs and priorities.
• Mentor peers and promote best practices in product management.
