Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager in the Global Risk and Security (GR&S) division to translate strategic business objectives into actionable engineering initiatives. You will own product features, drive documentation, and deliver outcomes aligned to risk and security priorities.

You will work across executive audiences and stakeholders, guiding architecture decisions and defining success metrics, while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within ES&F.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with at least two years leading large, cross-functional teams on major organizational initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Articulate complex technical requirements for executive audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for product features and functionality with ownership and accountability.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including roadmaps, feature plans, and metrics.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive continuous improvement in client experience and product performance.
• Address scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency with advanced problem-solving.
• Contribute to product architecture and design of technical solutions across teams.
• Partner with delivery teams to align project intake and deliverables with OKRs.
• Mentor peers and promote best practices in product management.
