Job summary

Vanguard seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Global Risk and Security (GR&S) division. You will translate business objectives into actionable engineering initiatives, own product success, and communicate complex requirements to executives and teams.

You will develop roadmaps, feature plans, and metrics to drive secure and scalable solutions across Vanguard. You will partner with delivery teams to align with OKRs, mentor colleagues, and stay ahead of security trends in Identity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, with at least two years leading large, cross-functional teams on major organizational initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives for engineering teams with measurable outcomes.
Articulate complex technical requirements for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own product success and serve as the primary contact for product features and functionality.
Develop and maintain product documentation including roadmaps, feature plans, and metrics.
Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve client experience and product performance.
