Job summary

Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Product Management leader to own the roadmap for identified insurance service areas and to drive the next generation of products. You will define and execute go‑to‑market plans, mentor junior PMs, and cultivate vendor relationships to seize market opportunities.

The role partners with Mercury teams for shared systems while AIS remains the primary focus, shaping product direction to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in product management.
• 5+ years product management and/or design experience.
• Experience defining product metrics and delivering across lifecycle.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.

Responsibilities

• Create buy‑in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
• Shape and own the product tech roadmap with input from senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage the product backlog by prioritizing and trading off features.
• Drive product launches in partnership with engineering, UX, operations and vendors.
• Regularly update stakeholders and customers on roadmap and status.
• Use data, usability studies, and market analysis to inform strategy.
