Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years software programming experience with 2+ years in Mercury technologies.
• 7+ years building enterprise web apps with front-end in HTML/CSS/JS/TS/Angular/React.
• Experience integrating front-end with backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code for complex scenarios with test coverage.
• Translate requirements into robust designs for modular, scalable distributed systems.
• Lead design and code reviews to ensure Mercury standards and quality.
• Lead sprint team to deliver new or improved features and remove blockers.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical direction across teams.
