Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the policyholder portal roadmap for web and mobile. You will drive product strategy, mentor junior PMs, manage vendors, and coordinate across engineering, UX, and operations to deliver value aligned with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or design, strong analytics, and experience delivering complex services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product management and/or product design.
• 5+ years managing complex initiatives from initiation to completion using product mgmt processes.
• Experience in defining and implementing product metrics to track performance and success.
• Experience handling all stages of product delivery.
• Experience contributing to tech discussions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing various customers and stakeholders during planning.

Responsibilities

• Create buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
• Shape and own the product tech roadmap with input from senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage the product backlog by prioritizing and trade-offs between UX, performance, and load.
• Drive product launches in partnership with engineering, UX, operations, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Regularly update stakeholders and customers on roadmap and status.
• Use data, usability studies, research and market analysis to inform strategies.
• Establish and track metrics for product success.
• Develop clear business requirements and user stories for specs and architecture.
• Work with engineering to deliver key features and manage delivery risks.
