Job summary

Payset, a regulated fintech, is hiring a Technical Product Manager to lead our core backend team. This hands-on, infrastructure-focused role sits at the intersection of payments, FX, and multi-currency rails, owning product direction for systems that move money.

You'll partner with engineering leaders and the VP of R&D, translate regulatory constraints into specs, and drive delivery from discovery to release.

Qualifications

• Experience with payment rails, settlement flows, or SEPA/SWIFT in a product role.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable specs.
• 6+ years in product management, with fintech/payments infrastructure exposure.
• Technical credibility with engineering teams and ability to write clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for core payment infrastructure and sequencing with engineering leads.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal to meet regulatory standards.
• Translate complex tech and regulatory needs into clear product specs.
• Drive delivery from discovery through release and iteration.
• Define and track metrics like reliability, latency, and transaction volumes.
