Job summary

Yellow Card is seeking a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure, to own the core rails, ledger, settlement engine, and currency conversion. You will work with the Payment Experience PM to translate infrastructure capabilities into customer-facing features and ensure fast, reliable, and scalable payment processing across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product experience, with 3+ years in payments infrastructure, rails, ledgers, or core banking/transaction systems.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture discussions with engineering (APIs, distributed systems).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Experience with Stablecoin or crypto settlement rails is a plus.
• Experience with banking partner integrations, correspondent banking, or cross-border payment rails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the payments infrastructure roadmap: rails, ledger, settlement engine, currency conversion.
• Own Virtual IBAN infrastructure and virtual account capabilities.
• Partner with Product on translating infrastructure capabilities into customer features.
• Evaluate and prioritize new banking, liquidity, and Stablecoin rail integrations.
• Define infrastructure investments for scale and reliability.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Treasury to meet regulatory and liquidity requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health metrics like success rate and settlement time.
• Drive capacity planning and incident response for payment systems.
