What You’ll Do:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager who can learn, prototype, build, measure, and refine the next generation of our buy-side advertising and measurement tools in a lean/agile development environment. The Technical Product Manager will establish the hierarchy of technical initiatives and features required for cross-functional development teams. The position will work with the wider Product organization to ensure architectural alignment, establish the relevant technical dependencies, and document accordingly. The role will require extensive interfacing with global engineering stakeholders to produce a technical roadmap that complements and extends the main customer-facing roadmap. The Technical Product Manager will play a key role in scaling DeepIntent’s end-to-end systems and solutions, APIs, and technical integrations.

  • Manage the development and operational delivery of a range of technical products, including Technical Integrations and APIs, by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and deliver high scale products and services
  • Ability to identify, assess, and integrate technical vendor partnerships that help fill DeepIntent feature gaps or further existing functionalities
  • Ability to create meaningful business cases for potential technical vendor partnerships
  • Ideate, research, and create the Technical Integrations and API roadmaps, backlogs, and associated delivery plans using your own tech depth and product development experience
  • Implement a metrics-driven approach to technology requirement definition as well as success measurement
  • Communicate and simplify highly technical and analytical information to business stakeholders and identify key business impacts
  • Coordinate communication and delivery timeline across all stakeholders including internal stakeholders and customers
  • Understand and prioritize feature requests and modifications against strategic goals and initiatives

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management or similar experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or software development
  • A passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the programmatic ecosystem as it pertains to advertisers and agencies
  • Detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects
  • Expert level understanding of SQL and other databases
  • Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly collaborative with good conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working with local and distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience using programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++
  • Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive decisions
  • Comfortable talking with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Must be able to travel periodically both domestically and internationally

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings. International travel is also required 1-2X per year.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $150,000 -$175,000. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
