Role Overview: As the Product Manager for Research Assistant Content Ingestion, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of content ingestion for our GenAI product. This includes defining and managing the content roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams, ensuring semantic relevance in responses, and ensuring the timely and accurate onboarding of data aligned with user needs and business goals. Your focus will be on delivering the right content to enable effective user interactions and achieve key product outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a cross-functional product squad focused on evolving our content offering within our GenAI product.
  2. Develop and execute the content ingestion strategy, ensuring onboarding of relevant content to meet user needs and use cases.
  3. Create and own the end-to-end content ingestion roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  4. Collaborate with technology, operations, design, and strategy teams to translate content requirements into product milestones.
  5. Understand business goals, user needs, and use cases to guide content onboarding.
  6. Coordinate with Quality Control to manage the content backlog and relevancy guardrails.
  7. Facilitate team rituals and communication to manage interdependencies related to content ingestion.
  8. Build strong relationships with business partners to identify new product opportunities.
  9. Work with technology teams to understand solution complexities and participate in technology decisions.
  10. Gather stakeholder input to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  11. Identify opportunities for automation and technology leverage to improve processes.
  12. Mitigate risks and ensure controls are in place throughout the product lifecycle.

For US-based roles only: the salary range is $118,700 - $172,250, depending on experience, education, skills, and location. This role includes incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
