Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management (fintech/banking/SaaS preferred).
• Comfort with data, logs, APIs, and cloud-based environments; understanding of web traffic and systems.
• Ability to run agile ceremonies and keep teams accountable.
• Structured planning, task delegation, and parallel work streams.
• Ability to leverage reporting and analytics to validate assumptions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for Institutional Bank projects (CWA Replacement, Moody's, Underwriting Templates).
• Translate client and business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs with stakeholders and engineering leads.
• Map requirements to technology modules and systems involved.
• Support agile ceremonies, standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Document retrospectives with clear action items and keep Confluence updated.
