First Internet Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead technology-driven projects and cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment. You will drive planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, balancing scope and timelines while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, agile methods, and collaboration with IT and business teams to deliver impactful banking solutions.

Formación

• Minimum five years of project management or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience implementing system projects in a banking/IT environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and/or implementation of projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; support product owners.
• Manage multiple high-priority initiatives and track deadlines across programs.
• Develop partnerships with teams; identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when needed.
• Create and maintain project docs; measure performance with appropriate tools.
