Job summary
Fivetran is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for our global Customer Support systems. You will collaborate with Support and Engineering, shaping how we deliver scalable, automated solutions centered on Zendesk, APIs, and integrations.
You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver improvements that enhance agent and customer experiences while balancing value, risk, and delivery effort.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or related technical role.
- Experience with customer support workflows in SaaS.
- Strong API, integration, data flow, automation knowledge.
- Ability to translate loosely defined requests into clear requirements.
- Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
- Evaluate and prioritize requests across case management, portals, service delivery, and automation.
- Own requirements, process analysis, and solution scoping for initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable steps.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve agent and customer experiences through automation.
