Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Product Manager, Technical in its Financial Services group. This role leads cross-functional teams to craft and deliver products at the intersection of customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

You will define strategy, build roadmaps, write features and user stories, and drive delivery across Agile teams, focusing on account management, funding, identity and payments. Strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and market research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in an agile software environment.
• 6+ years in technical roles such as software engineering, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
• Proven end-to-end product ownership including roadmap, backlog, and delivery.
• Ability to manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex technical solutions, including vision, roadmap, and delivery.
• Define and evolve product strategy using customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Drive Financial Services product initiatives across customer experiences and platform capabilities.
• Translate strategy into detailed features and user stories for engineering teams.
• Own and manage product backlog with alignment on priorities based on impact.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and external partners.
• Drive end-to-end technical delivery, including release planning and dependency management.
• Analyze data to inform decisions, prioritize features, and measure product performance.
• Monitor product health with KPIs and dashboards; iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain product quality and performance in production, manage defects and issues.
• Identify execution or organizational issues and drive resolution plans.
• Support Agile best practices including backlog management and PI planning.
• Communicate vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner on go-to-market activities and support pilots and launches.
