T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Product Manager for its Money banking portfolio in the United States. You will shape product strategy, define features, and drive end-to-end execution with cross-functional partners, from discovery through launch and growth.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and external partners to deliver customer value and robust business cases. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep product sense, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decisions.
• Strong product sense and judgment with prioritization skills.
• Bias to deep dive, learn quickly and find root causes.
• Experience building and running complex business cases and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap end to end, tied to customer value and business objectives.
• Identify target customers and drive end user product research.
• Analyze market benchmarks to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand experiences and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses; secure product funding.
• Translate strategy into detailed features and user stories for delivery teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog with engineering and IT partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess feasibility and long-term investments.
• Build dashboards to track product performance and health.
• Present product direction and insights to executives.
