T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Product Manager, Technical to own cross‑platform products within the Financial Services organization. You will define strategy, build roadmaps, write features, and drive delivery with multiple Agile teams, aligning customer needs with technical feasibility and business goals.

You’ll guide end‑to‑end delivery, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and external partners, and continuously improve products based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in an agile software environment.
• 6+ years in technical roles such as software engineering or architecture.
• Strong end-to-end product ownership with roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery.
• Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and managing dependencies.
• Analytical mindset using data to guide decisions and prioritization.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and modern platform architectures.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex technical solutions.
• Define strategy by combining customer insights, market analysis, and business goals.
• Lead initiatives across customer experiences and platform capabilities (account, funding, identity, payments).
• Conduct research to inform roadmap prioritization and translate strategy into features.
• Manage product backlog and align priorities with customer and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and partners.
• Drive delivery with release planning, dependencies, and Agile execution.
• Analyze data to inform decisions, prioritize features, and measure performance.
• Monitor product health with KPIs and dashboards; improve continuously.
• Ensure quality and performance in production, addressing defects and issues.
• Support agile practices including PI planning and backlog governance.
• Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support go-to-market and pilot launches for new concepts.
