Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Product Marketing Manager in Bellevue, WA to partner with Product and Marketing teams, creating compelling collateral and campaigns for the Financial Services portfolio. You will shape messaging across channels to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will lead cross-functional work, handle competitive positioning, and ensure compliant, data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and launch plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• 1+ year Financial Services experience preferred
• 5+ years marketing experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and campaigns that drive revenue.
• Experience developing go-to-market campaigns and related tactics with Product management and sales channels.
• Proven interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, Brand strategy, creative/media teams, Legal, Compliance, and external Fintech partners.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), content development, and presentation skills.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create product collateral, marketing campaigns and customer messaging that resonates with our target audience and helps to deliver meaningful revenue.
• Maintain competitive comparisons for use in positioning against similar offerings in market.
• Support the Financial Services team with launch planning and execution of the commercial release of a product.
• Works with our internal and external partners to gain approvals on all campaign creative/tactics.
• Partners with internal and external legal/compliance teams to ensure marketing messaging and campaigns are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the performance marketing campaigns and provide updates in regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
