Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Product Manager for its Banking portfolio within T-Mobile Money. You will shape the product and business strategy, draft features and user stories, and lead a cross-functional team across internal and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities include market research, defining specs, setting long-term strategy, releasing roadmaps, and supporting go-to-market activities to drive growth and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data for decisions.
• Experience delivering large, complex initiatives with engineering/IT.
• Proven ability to write clear product requirements and stories.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years, or advanced degree with 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap end to end, linked to customer value and business goals.
• Builds business cases, financial models, and the product P&L.
• Translates strategy into detailed features and user stories.
• Leads cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, IT, and partners.
• Creates dashboards to track product health and performance.
• Drives go-to-market activities and release planning.
