Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is redefining ultra-luxury fashion with a Tech Product Manager, E-commerce who leads complex initiatives across channels, platforms, and vendors. You will shape integrated experiences, drive measurable improvements, and guide build/buy/integrate decisions with stakeholders across the business and tech teams.

You will own end-to-end programs from discovery to adoption, working with SaaS providers, Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security to align priorities and accelerate impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
• 6–8+ years leading complex customer, digital, product or enterprise improvement work.
• Ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to results.
• Hands-on ability diagnosing problems across people, process, data, and systems.
• Experience designing future states and recommending approaches (build/buy/integrate).
• Ability to influence tradeoffs while respecting architecture and authority.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose complex customer and business problems across multiple functions.
• Shape integrated future states across experience, processes, data, and controls.
• Recommend build, buy, configure, or automate approaches with clear criteria.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with SaaS providers, Tech, Engineering, Data and Security teams.
• Create alignment among senior partners without formal authority.
