Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Product Manager, E-commerce to independently own smaller initiatives within our growth initiatives. You will translate customer and business problems into practical combinations of process, system, data, and operating changes while partnering with SaaS providers and cross-functional teams.

You will lead discovery through implementation, measure success, and drive adoption across our digital omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4-6 years leading digital/product/operational improvement work.
Experience framing moderately complex problems and root causes.
Experience designing future-state processes and customer experiences.
Experience leading initiatives from discovery to measurement.
Experience partnering with SaaS providers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Investigate complex customer and business problems and map end-to-end processes.
Design practical future states linking interactions, rules, workflows and data.
Lead smaller initiatives from discovery to launch, adoption and learning.
Partner with SaaS providers, technology, data, security and platform owners.
Translate needs into requirements, data, integrations and success criteria.
Plan testing, launch readiness, training, adoption and stabilization.
Define measures with data partners and evaluate post-launch outcomes.
